Effective Date: January 1, 2020
This Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) is a policy governing the use of RenderProxy under the terms of the RenderProxy Terms of Service (the “RenderProxy Agreement”) between RenderProxy, LLC (“RenderProxy”, “us” or “we”) and users of RenderProxy's services (“you”). This SLA applies separately to each account using RenderProxy. Unless otherwise provided herein, this SLA is subject to the terms of the RenderProxy Agreement and capitalized terms will have the meaning specified in the RenderProxy Agreement. We reserve the right to change the terms of this SLA in accordance with the RenderProxy Agreement.
Service Commitment
RenderProxy will use commercially reasonable efforts to make RenderProxy available with a Monthly Uptime Percentage of at least 99.9%, in each case during any monthly billing cycle (the “Service Commitment”). RenderProxy is considered available when the RenderProxy service is able to cache new pages and return cached pages when requested.
